We recently had our old victorian style conservatory renovated by Monmouthshire Windows and have found them faultless from start to finish.  We had all new frames and a supalite roof installed. We received informative and helpful advice from Richard and a very competitive quote compared to other companies we had approached.  Our installers Dan and Andy arrived promptly every day and, despite having to manage difficult weather conditions, they worked non stop, always with a smile and polite, helpful professionalism. Big Steve and Little Stu what a wonderful pair of lads, marvellous workers doing a fast and efficient job while ensuring the minimum of mess when carrying out the work.  The journey of my windows started with Leigh the Sales Rep, who listened to what I wanted and matched my needs perfectly with good quality products, that Steve and Stu installed faultlessly. My experience with Monmouthshire Windows so far has been absolutely amazing. I look forward to the the final bit of the job that is still to be scheduled, being completed to the same high standard that I have already experienced. Love our new warm roof. We did have 2 issues where newbies did the ceiling and down pipe wrong but this was corrected to the perfect standard, just meant the whole project was longer but the manager, Richard was brilliant and took money off the final bill. Leigh the plasterer and his co worker were brilliant in correcting it all with huge apologies. the electrician also spotted a fault with my fuse box which has been corrected now and potentially saved a house fire!

Would highly recommend The Monmouthshire Window Company, right from the outset, the sales team were great to deal with with no pressure and happy to tailor to our requirements including a custom design of the front door glass. 10 out of 10. Excellent company to deal with.
Had 7 windows and a french door fitted.
The windows and french door are very high quality German made.
The 2 man fitting team Andy and Andy worked non stop for 2 days and left the property spotless, a credit to the company.
The cost of the windows and french doors were very good.
If you are thinking of getting windows and doors I would highly recommend contacting The Monmouthshire Window Company.

We used Monmouthshire Windows after being recommended by a friend. They were so easy to deal with, no hidden extras, no ‘let me phone the boss to see if we can do a deal’, no eye rolling when I kept changing my mind, just a fair and competitive quote. Nothing was too much trouble. We went away for a few days whilst the work was carried out. Came back to beautiful new windows & a house that was cleaner than when we left it!
